I have a marketing account and a personal website. Can I combine the two manually? 3

I recently signed up for both ucts but they are not connecting. Do I have to join both so my customers can connect?

Unfortunately, there is no manual link between ProPay and Mary Kay. It is automatic. If your site is not affiliated with ProPay, issues may arise. The first step is to verify that the account is linked. You must contact ProPay to confirm. You'll need your Consultant ID to make sure it's signed in correctly. You can call them at 866.573.0951 and talk to a customer service representative to make sure they are connecting correctly.
