I'm thinking of buying 360 from GameStop ... has anyone done that if 360 breaks? What did you do, did you meet at the game stop? And what is their extended warranty? Finally, do you think buying 360 Rershed is a good idea? I'm not a big fan of G ... thanks ...
I bought a 360 from GameStop and it works fine. When I bought them I did some research on the refurbished units and found that they were as good as new. I also called Microsoft and asked if the re-conditioned box warranty was the same as the new one, and for good reason. I suggest extending Gamestop's one-year warranty only if you have a three-year red light warranty remaining. In short, a good buy.

I got it because I bought an Xbox 360 from Gamestop ut 2 months ago and it already has 3 red rings and they won't cry for me after 30 days. Microsoft does not cover any warranty for restored systems.
I heard the assurance that the game is good. I don't know the cost. If I were you I would have a brand new Xbox with a reasonable warranty. Either way, you won't save too much money on fundraising.
