Retrofit cancellation? 3

I have been subscribing to Retro Fitness for over a year and sent a cancellation notice to ABC Financial a few months ago. They still charge me 3 months after I sent it and I decided to cancel my date card. Since then, I have received phone calls and letters asking for late payments and service fees. Threatened to cancel subscription for non-payment. I'm not too worried about not going to the gym, but I'm afraid it could affect my reputation. Can someone tell me if it will affect my reputation and what should I do? They do not currently have a valid card registered, so they cannot charge.

You do not need to review your signed agreement and see the terms and conditions. If you signed the contract and within the stipulated time, you are responsible for the expenses. But without looking at the deal, Audi can actually respond here.

I finally got tired of staples when I went to the gym to cancel and they would ask you to email someone who would never reply. I will talk to the credit card company about this issue and send emails and letters and anything else needed to unsubscribe. Credit card companies prevent ABC from charging you. I was a member of Crunch, Planet Fitness, NYSC, but Retro Fitness is by far the cheapest and least professional gym.

You will confirm the agreement you have just signed and see the terms and conditions. If you have indeed signed the contract and are still complying with the program, you will bear the costs. But without looking at the deal, Audi can actually respond here.
You cannot send to ABC, you must send directly to the gym, they are not canceled when you send to ABC.
