How much 5GB internet do I get? 3

I currently have Comcast Internet and my previous usage was 15GB in March, 10GB in April, and 7GB in May. I moved to another apartment complex where the internet / cable is limited to your options (Rose Connex?). Does it seem extinct? I did some research and read that a web page can load 5MB. So why should 5MB be a monthly usage option?

I'm trying to figure out what to do (on a budget). I use a lot of browsing and internet on my computer, but I rarely use Netflix, I rarely use YouTube or music on Pandora etc. Mainly Facebook and websites.

5MB is not a good thing if you are a gamer. I am currently in the process of making this decision. I'm thinking of buying a 4G handheld device, but these plans are limited unless you want to pay too much.
