Can I use Sally Hansen Whitening Cream as a whitener? I couldn't find any special bleach on the lens so I bought it. it works? ? 3

I wanted to lighten my area, but I managed to find a specific lighter on the target, so I bought Sally Hansen hair and hair bleaching cream. I want to get rid of the darkness in the area, but I want to make sure it really works, is safe, and doesn't waste my time.

Read the label. It usually lists some areas to avoid.
