This statement, as far as I know and I have heard my grandparents and their friends talking about it, means that when you are telling someone to deal with a lie or That being said, you must know if they are in such a situation or if they already have a successful flight. My mother continued this statement and I still refer to it today: if you lie, cheat, if you cheat, you steal ... I think it also falls into this category. Comes.
