I have a 1 year old wife Shih Tzu. She has a beautiful temperament and is very calm. Today we brought a male Shia zoo dog and it seems that my dog's tail is shaking but it is very shaky and looks foamy. Are they just nerves? Or what do you need to worry about? I took good care of him and took him for a walk because I didn't want him to feel left out.
