I tried to order some gles online and the site asked for all my prescription information including my PD. I measured it recently, but it costs 0.5 and the site I'm trying to apply to only works with numbered PDs. My question is should I top the score or should I round it up? Should I score 53.5 to 53 or 54? Is the battery also connected? Does a millimeter affect my vision? Thank you very much.
In math, we don't usually add up, so I'd probably say 54.

No one can be accurate enough to get a PD at 53.5 instead of 53 or 54.
