What's a good alternative to apple juice in roast pork sandwich recipes?

It all depends on how much apple juice is needed.

If apple juice is used only to moisten pork, then any juice will do the same, as fruit juice (in this case, any fruit) satisfies the taste of pork. And even orange juice will not affect the overall taste of the final product ... Enjoy!

Active alternative to apple juice

If you mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, it should be close enough. If you do not have apple cider vinegar, you can use vinegar or lemon juice.
