Substitute For Hair Developer
Is there a way to change the bleach manufacturer? 3
I had to be colorful and unfortunately I don't have a developer. Tried to pour hot water with a little success. I know I can replace the developer. I am happy to take a chance because it is only a small part of the hair. Does anyone know what I can use? I have hair bleach powder.
Your chemistry. You cannot replace one thing with another. If you want to be successful, just wait until you can buy a cream maker
You can change almost anything and play with it ... but it's not. The developer includes many elements that are not available to the general public, and the formula is carefully balanced. When you have more problems and you don't have a lab, do it yourself. It's never the best option.
You will need a developer to oxidize the bleach or it will not do anything.
