Secondary results are URLs that are considered less important and are included in a secondary index of Google (secondary database).
Additional index pages aren't scoring well, and it might be time to check things like:
- site authority. Are you getting enough backlinks?
- Duplicate content. Does your replica closely or partially resemble another existing item?
- internal network. Are there enough internal pages in your link to the page in question?
