I don't want my RN, I don't have the time yet, I can get one later, but my main question is: is LPN or surgical technology better? I didn't really want to work at LTC, but I was willing to sacrifice it to support my family. I wish it was better. I like blood and really weird stuff, and it fits well with surgical techniques. I want to come out of the shock. I know the location, but as an IAA I know everyone is saying I shouldn't go because the market is bad. In fact, I would have a 100% placement rate for surgical technology and maybe an 88% placement rate for LPN. The reason was obvious because I called the scholar and he said that the reason was that some LPNRN went to the school and opened vacancies. Therefore, the placement rate of both is 100%. LPN School and College of Surgery are accepted in both programs. I love surgical engineering because my home, Tennessee, moves at 6:30 in the morning. 330p MF and some onCall which is a good time for my kids, I know I want to do this but my boyfriend told me to do it. LPN and other people in my family who also work with nursing, but did not choose the surgical technique, and the reason is the LPN in May and the OP technique in September when 27 people leave this list. I can, if I wait and I don't, it will be another year because I can support my family financially. The work I have now doesn't work, (CNA) The salary here is $ 8.00 per unit as much as you work. Help.

I read LPN online and people hate surgical techniques because surgeons are always screaming at them, in my opinion work is work and I know that wherever you go you will always deal with difficult people like you Can't get enough with.

My friend's daughter is a surgical technician in a hospital and all the doctors want her to stay with them and she has been working for 6 years and can become a nurse, but she loves her job and does well.

I believe that if you are an LPN you can become a surgical technician, but not vice versa. I may be wrong, it's hard. I know they are accelerating the LPN program to become a registered nurse, usually just one year. I now!

In my opinion, LPN and surgical technician are two different things. LPN is nothing more than a brilliant CNA. It is not a good idea to become an LPN unless you soon become a registered nurse because your area of activity is limited to mobility, medical care and other things where the market is limited to nurses only. Most prefer to hire other registered nurses, sometimes BSN. As far as surgical techniques are concerned, they position the patient for surgery, developing sterile instruments for field doctors and labor. For me, or technicians are paid the same as nurses.

It seems that your heart is determined to become a surgical technician. Don't do what people tell you to do, do what you want for a reason. If you don't want to be a CNA anymore, just pay, go ahead and become a 2 year RN. Leave the LPN unless it is an interim program that requires you to stay in school for 1 year to become an LPN and to earn an RN the following year. In terms of salary, the difference between LPN and RN is at least 15 815. When it comes to work, there are more options for the type of job you want as a registered nurse, aviation nurse, emergency nurse or registered nurse, or even a critical care nurse. If you hate being a CNA because of the work involved, including insanity, you don't become a registered nurse, you have to feel sad. As an RN, in addition to my usual RN duties, I still do a lot of ANC work, such as bending, bathing, cleaning, changing beds. Ultimately, if CNA does not, my license will be at stake.

If you really want something related to trauma, consider becoming a paramedic with the goal of becoming a doctor.

I'm an LPN and I like it. I never blackmailed, I wanted LTC, but I did. It's great to be able to take care of the elderly the way they deserve. All nurses are different and do different things, but they are all important. Don't say that, as an LPN, you can't get a job. This is just my side. But yes, wait until you have Lok. There are downsides to everything.
