Is it difficult to track human anatomy and physiology online?

Personally, I think if you do a lab component course it will be easier to understand and ■■■■■■ to do online! (I teach at A&P University).

This is not difficult at all because Human Anatomy and Physiology 1 courses do not usually cover the basics. I put some of my A&P keys online because of a scheduling dispute. I got good grades and yes, I also met the lab requirements. My advice: Get a good A&P manual to complete your course guide.
As long as you take notes and study well, you will be fine. Physiology and anatomy are the key to these things. If you are well educated, I suggest you do it online. If not, you may need a closet.
