I work at Target and signed up for a direct deposit a week ago after paying by check. I want to know when Target will send my pay by wire transfer.

Well you can go to your bank and request a deposit form directly. That way you don't have to request multiple checks.
At the end of the paid business day, your money will be in the bank. Your envelope will not have a check, only a sketch. Include net payment amount in your checkbook list.
