- Now connect to Bluetooth, open the Tile app and try again.

The tiles are guaranteed to last one year and can last even longer. To make sure Tile is always up and running when you need it most, we recommend reinstalling Tile after your tile is 12 months old.
How do I update the position of my tiles?
For your iOS device: Settings> Privacy> Location Services (On)> Scroll to the tile and make sure Allow Location Access is set to Always. This ensures that the tile positions are updated when the app is running in the background.
Why does my card keep ringing?
After finding the tile, press the End button to stop the tile ringing. Note the following: to make a call, you must be within Bluetooth range and connected to the Tile. You can know if you are within range of the ring color around the card symbol in your app!
Will the battery run out of tiles?
The tiles respect mother nature. The tiles are 99% recyclable and only use one battery per year, meaning batteries don’t have to be wasted.
How do I find my card?
Is it possible to connect a chip to two phones?
Sure! Make sure the latest version of the Tile app is installed on both devices. A shared tile can be called from both users’ phones as long as one of them is connected to the tile. A user can view one tile at a time, so check it out!
Can I restore a thumbnail?
If a card is activated for an account, it cannot be deactivated, but it can be transferred! To protect your privacy, ask the seller to contact the Tile support team using the email address on the Tile app account so we can transfer the tile to you!
