Towing Company Collection Agency
Do you deal with debt collection agencies and towing companies? Are you claiming that you have a debt that you consider unfair? 3
Last December, there was a car accident on the way to the finals. My car broke down. I was in the Bay Area (San Ramon, CA) at the time and I had to travel to Sacramento. So the patrolman told me to park my car on ParkNRide and pick it up later. He said he would give me a week. When I returned, he was dragged away. A few months later, I received a letter from the towing company stating that they would sell my car if I did not pay the towing fee. The crane costs a few dollars. I decided to leave it at that. The car is old and will cost more to repair. I am now receiving a letter from the borrowing agency stating that I owe 500 2,500 in repayment fees. The towing company may have sold the loan to the borrowing company. Now it has almost tripled. You threaten to tarnish my image. What are my resources? That sounds really unfair. Needless to say, I don't have $ 2,500 anymore.
Laws vary from state to state. You are not responsible for the company receiving the loan because of your agreement with the towing company. Towing Company is not authorized to sell this agreement to any third party (borrowing agency) without your consent. You need to tell people who rate your credit score, they can also lower your score. The police are not responsible for dragging them. When the towing company said they would sell the car for a fee, they should have written that the fee sale was reasonable. I don't know if I helped much.
Three suggestions for next time. Everything is confirmed in writing. opps 3, check your state law.
Looks like you're wrong, there's no other place where you can park your car for more than 72 hours unless your property or deposit pays for it. Unless you hire a towing company based on the price of the car, you have to insure it for thirty days and charge a storage fee for those days. The towing company must notify the vehicle law firm to pay the DMV for information. 500 2,500 towing fees, retention fees, bid notification fees, and everything that billing companies use.
