I sent a package to France via USPS two weeks ago, but no one has received it yet. The USPS tracking website lists packages shipped to France without additional information. I would like to know which service to go to in France to find this package.

Although USPS recommends that your shipment be "delivered to France", this usually means that it has arrived in French territory, not the recipient. Since the shipment is shipped from the United States, it can be placed at the International Processing Center (usually Roissy) for customs control, which will determine if duties and taxes are payable. In this case, the time between this process and the delivery to the recipient can be up to 10 days, depending on whether the sender has filled in the required documents correctly or not.
