My salary from Walgreens? ۔
I have been with the Walgreens for five weeks and have not been paid. I just want to know if I will get my check in the mail or if I should talk to the officer or the manager to collect my check on the way. I asked the coach today but he is still training and I said I don't know. So any help would be welcomed.
I had a similar problem with Kmart during my first session. Here are some ideas to help you:
1) Do you have a weekly salary plan? In that case, the time you receive your first payment will depend on when your data enters the computer. The salaries of some new recruits are not processed for two payments.
At Kmart, for example, I work a week without pay on Thursdays. Because I needed two payments to process my information and it wasn't a pay week, I didn't get my first paycheck after three payments or 6 weeks.
2) Have you signed up for a direct deposit? If you have done so (and must sign a form that allows Walgreens to do so), your salary will be sent directly to your bank. I have a direct deposit and I can view my pay slip on a specific website. Highly recommended because you don't have to worry about checking the paper.
3) Contact another store manager. If your store manager is in training, are there other Walgreens managers in your area that you can contact? Call them or meet them and tell them about your situation. Even if they don't have a problem, they can help you figure out where to get help. Most trained store managers have a trainer with them ... talk to them?
4) Contact Payroll / HR Department directly. Consult the employee's handbook (if available), the company's personal signature, or posters in the employee's comfort zone. You may have the phone number of the company's payroll department. Call them and tell them your situation.
5) Note ... if you are having trouble because you do not have a salary (ie you have been notified, etc.). Some homeowners and businesses waive late fees if they can prove that you did not pay due to business failure.

1) Do you have a weekly payment plan? In this case, the timing of your first payment will depend on when your data is entered into the computer. Some new recruits are not charged for double payments.
At Kmart, for example, I work unpaid on a Saturday. Because I needed two payments to process my information and I didn't file a week's pay, I didn't get my first paycheck for all three payments, so 6 weeks.

Most store sellers are paid weekly. If you do not have a direct deposit, your paycheck will usually arrive at the store next Friday. You will be paid every 2 weeks.
I can only recommend a direct transfer. Your paycheck is deposited electronically into a check, savings account, or both. You can also view or print your payment receipt at any time.
Claim your salary with the store manager or other agent and explain the payment options. You can also find more information about policies and procedures on the Store Network.
Does Walgreens review a new employee's first pay weekly?
You have to ask your boss. It depends on the state in which you live, the options you choose, and where you are employed.
