When will Wells Fargo's daily limit on payment cards be reset? 3

In 16 hours I reached my limit. To pay the rent and then I had to withdraw more money so I decided to do it at 12:10 because apparently 12:01 was the reset timeout, but after doing this several times between 12:01:30 ( Just to make sure there was time to rearrange) I stop thinking about it. Does anyone know when it will actually start again or is there a different time for this area or what is the problem here?

The limit is that you have to save a certain amount within 24 hours.
