I returned my car in 2009 under a billing agreement. I have a copy of the Wells Fargo letter stating that if I pay the agreed amount, the loan will be marked as less than the amount due. He is good to me I have sent you a cashier's check for the amount stated in the letter. 30 days later, my credit indicates that the loan has been repaid or less than the amount due. You rejected the agreement. However, I never received the file. I called them and told them and they said they would send one. A month later, he still doesn't have it. He claimed to have been sent to the wrong address. I waited another 60 days and no file was entered. Someone told me I could find a duplicate at the store at any time, so I stopped suing the bank for the file for 2 years.

Now I change cars and feel that Wells Fargo is still ahead of the game. I contacted him and he said he would send me a letter to save Lane. 2 weeks later and they didn't. I received this warranty in the mail 2 days after it was sent, so the file was forwarded to me and I was able to sign it with the dealer. If he did not get this privilege, he would call a lawyer and write a letter.
