Did I receive an email from Facebook asking me to confirm or delete my 12 year old account? Plugins, do I find the FB Security email I received from Orange really weird? Typical FB security name.

Even without looking for a specific name, I'm sure it's a scam, a fraudulent attempt to get something from your password and Facebook. If you're worried, go straight to Facebook (don't click the link to get there, I won't add a link to the answer, just type it directly into your address bar!) And login, but I believe there is no authenticity in this. You can safely delete this message.
