Where can I buy ready-to-eat pancakes at the store? 3
I mean, no filling and that's all. I've made stuffing and the recipe says buy only pancakes but I don't know where to look.
You can sometimes find them in the freezer, near ice cream, in waffles and the like. See also the bakery / grocery section.
Or give it a try if you have the time! They are simple and can be used in advance for later use.
Ingredients
1 cup whole purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 stools, melted

Mix the flour and eggs in a large bowl. Add a little milk and water, mix until smooth. Add salt and beat until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled skeleton or grill over medium to high heat. Using about 1/4 cup for each pancake, put the dough on the grill. Bend the shape in a circular motion so that the dough covers the surface evenly.
Bake the pancakes for 2 minutes, until the bottom is light. Loosen with a spatula, turn over and cook. Servo T.
