Where can I get a liver? 3

I'm looking for a store in Illinois that sells liver sausage. I found it at a local restaurant, but it's a little expensive so try to see if anyone knows a chain that can sell it. I will not do my job or do it from the beginning ... Thanks!

If you live in the Chicago area, try the Jewish shop. Many food stores also offer liver patties.

If not, why not buy one? Here is a very simple recipe that I use all the time. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. But that's just one person's opinion.
Heartbeat:
1 pound minced pork liver (I used it with chicken liver and ground beef sausage. It tastes really good)
1 1/22 pound ground pork (not too lean)
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or less.
Cool in a bowl.
Freezes well.

I agree with the last person who posted it, it's fairly wide on Caa because most supermarkets have a daily section where you can find most of the items on the cover of wine tasting magazines.
