Our life is eternal because we are immortal souls. These are the lives of people, places and / or spirits that are temporary and subject to moderation. We are all here at this level of reality because we have forgotten our eternal self and have been replaced by a temporary material self that is subject to death that we fear unjustly. Life has nothing to do with reality as it is and how it reaches us, which applies to everyone who has ever lived. Ignoring it, denying it and defending it is useless and makes life worse.

When we are attached to ourselves, we can cite many cases in which we accept bold lies to comfort ourselves in the light of clear truths. Moving our focus inwards instead of outwards is the direction that moves us forward.
