Why Are Chinese Restaurants Closed On Tuesdays

Why are these restaurants / takeaways closed on Tuesdays? 3

In my part of the world (UK) at least all of these places seem closed on Tuesdays. I just wonder why (is this your weekend version or for that matter?)

Tuesday's shutdown has no real religious significance. This has generally been a quiet day in retail and hospitality, so many companies have decided to open or close their doors.

I think it's different from other region to region, I have 3 locations and they are all closed on Sundays, one opens from 10 am! 10 hours every day!

As already indicated, they must meet low demand. I think you can go to the supermarket and buy some cooked food for it.
