If you fill a glass with water from my tap (well water) then the water is clear. If you leave it on for about an hour, it will turn yellow and form a layer of oil on top. If you let it sit longer, it will be full of floating oranges.

We already have a water supply because the water smells bad and is softened with a water softener whose owner says there is a purification system that makes the water delicious ... OK, We never believed him - he believed !!
