Will the lamps keep me awake? 3

I forgot to go to the pharmacy on the way to the nurse or antihistamine. I have a painful feeling that I have a cold and I want to make sure I can go to bed early.

Lemsip will not stop you from falling asleep nor will it help you sleep. If you have a supermarket, you can take a drug like antihistamine or nytol that can help you.
