Worms In Ground Turkey
Should the turkey be like this? ۔
Today I made a turkey hamburger and when I saw the meat stirring I saw some of these powerful links in the meat. They bounce a little, but they don't break when I take them off. Most are E, but one is dark blue. what's this? I'm afraid it's a worm or a wound, but is it a normal part of the meat?
Thank you very much
This is what divides the muscle tissue or tendon that is intramuscular. Darker flesh, in particular, can have too much tendon if it is not carefully removed during milling. The dark blue layer is probably from Venus tissue. It is safe to eat, but it is not commonly found in ground beef and exhibits some carnage by a person. You will not buy ground beef from this supplier in the future.
I also noticed that I chose minced chicken for turkey.

Should this be the case with Turkey? 3
Today I made a turkey burger and when I worked with the meat I saw some of these energy chains in the meat. They were a bit bouncy but when I took them off they didn't break. Most are E, but one is dark blue. what's this? I'm afraid it's a crack or an insect wound, but is it a normal part of the meat?

This is the same muscle or tendon tissue intramuscularly. Dark flesh, in particular, can have many tendons if not carefully removed during grinding. The dark blue layer is probably a network of veins. It is safe to eat, but it is not usually found in ground beef, and it indicates a small butcher shop by someone. You may not buy ground beef from this supplier in the future.

Turkey is not enough pistachios, so I usually add pork or beef to get the best consistency of the bottom. Pork is mainly because it tastes less like beef.
It may or may not be part of the tendon!
This is Turkey.
