Why do all Disney movies have the same phrase when you die deliberately? 3

So I fell asleep in front of the Jungle Book 2 and heard one character say to another, "You died on purpose." It woke me up because it reminded me of those horrible old memories when I first heard him in The Line King (his depressing character). I noticed that the same phrase appeared in many Disney movies that I grew up with. Sher King, The Little Mermaid, Tarzan are just a few that come to mind, I'm sure there are more. Anyway, at least I didn't go down without explaining myself first. Use Conspiracy ... I don't know ??? Just curious.

Maybe they all have the same author?
